How Bihar plans to execute lockdown 4.0, explains CS Deepak Kumar

ABP News is in the conversation with Bihar's chief secretary Deepak Kumar. He said that around 12 to 15 lakh migrants are expected to reach Bihar by the end of May. The demand for trains and buses are rising, added Kumar.
