Ground report: How prepared is Bihar for floods?

Every year, as Monsoon grips the nation, so does flood. One of the states that has been consistently hit by the floods in Bihar. In this ground report, ABP News visited a village in Muzaffarnagar area of Bihar. The locals in the village have already started building make shift boats and collecting stacks of hay to build make shift houses in the area with higher altitude where they will migrate during the rains.
