ED attaches properties of Farooq Abdullah in money laundering case
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets worth about Rs 12 crore to former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah. This action has been taken against Farooq Abdullah in the case of economic disturbances in Jammu Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA). Attached properties include three houses of Farooq Abdullah. According to the ED, between 2005-2006 and 2011, JKCA received a total of Rs 109.78 crore from the BCCI.
