Election Commission bans Minister of State for Finance Anurag Thakur for 72 hours from poll campaigning, BJP MP Parvesh Verma banned for 96 hours in Delhi. The Election Commission on Wednesday ordered removal of Anurag Thakur and BJP's Delhi MP Parvesh Verma from BJP's campaigners' list and also sent notice to them over violation of provisions of Model Code of Conduct and Representation of the People Act, 1951.
