Earlier, the Delhi Police had detained Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi and various other leaders of the party who were staging protests here in support of the farmers despite the imposition of Section 144. Significantly Priyanka Gandhi and other leaders were sitting in protest in front of 10 Janpath, Akbar road.
