Decoding PM Modi's 'Jaan bhi jahaan bhi' comment

When PM Modi imposed a 21-day nationwide lockdown, he had said "Jaan hai to jahaan hai". But now, towards the end of the lockdown period, when the extension is all but sure, in a meeting with chief ministers, PM Modi said, "Jaan bhi, jahaan bhi".
