Covid testing rise in rural areas, admin appeals for vaccination

With Haryana districts around the national capital showing an alarming high positivity rate as most of the Covid cases are being reported from the rural areas, the Manohar Lal Khattar government has gone into action mode, officials said on Wednesday.

Amidst the continuous spike in Covid-19 cases in Chandigarh, the Union Territory administration on Monday decided to extend the week-old curfew by another week.
