Chargesheet states Tahir Hussain as mastermind of Delhi Violence | ABP Special
The Crime Branch on Tuesday filed a chargesheet on the communal riots in the national capital in February. Tahir Hussain has been described as the mastermind of the riots. The police have stated in the 1,030-page chargesheet that Hussain had incited violence, planned riots and spent Rs 1.30 crore to organize riots.
Tahir Hussain had earlier said that he was innocent. But now the matter is in court and Tahir will have to go through the legal process.
