BJP's first list to include Sunil Sharma, Tejpal Nagar, others names
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is likely to release the first list of candidates for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections today. The list may include Dheerendra Singh from Jewar, Sunil Sharma from Sahibabad, Tejpal Nagar from Dadri and others. At a meeting convened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, the BJP's Central Election Committee (CEC) evaluated the names of candidates for 172 seats, according to Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya.
