"Emergency like situation," BJP raises 6 questions on Rajasthan phone tapping issue
Regarding the audio tapes which the Congress has released claiming as proof that BJP minister was allegedly trying to poach the MLAs, BJP has asked 6 questions to the Congress party. BJP has asked, whether the phones were tapped officially? If yes, is it not a legal issue? Were the SOPs required to tap a phone call followed? Were rules flouted to save a state government? Are phones of other politicians also being tapped? Is this not an emergency like situation in the state?
