Bihar gangrape case: Congress targets Nitish Government

Congress has targeted Nitish Kumar's government over the Buxar rape case. Congress party added that the law and order in the state is detreorating. A gang-rape case with a woman has come to light on Sunday from Buxar in Bihar. 

The woman was returning home after depositing money in the bank, when some people caught her near the canal. The culprits also killed her 5-year-old son after the rape and tied them to the woman's sari and threw them both in the bushes.
