The nomination process for the first phase began today, but the alliance has yet to reach a consensus on the seat-sharing formula. This was the fourth meeting in the last 24 hours. The discussions are focused not only on the number of seats, but also on which party will contest which seats, especially in those seats where the BJP and JDU have sitting MLAs. It is still unclear whether Chirag Paswan will receive the seats he demands. Voting is scheduled for November 6th and 11th, and the results are due on November 14th.
