Bihar cops rely on their noses rather than breathalysers to sniff out drunk drivers
Alcohol is banned in Bihar but despite the restrictions, alcohol is bought and consumed by locals. In order to put a stopper in the practice, the police intensified combing at the checkpoints. But the police are relying on their noses to detect drunk drivers and are not using any kind of device. Take a look.
