Bihar: Boat carrying 125 people overturns, 100 missing
On Thursday, 5 people were killed when a boat overturned in Teintanga Jara Diara in Kari village of Bhagalpur-Navagachia in Bihar, while about 100 people are still missing. According to local people, there were about 125 hundred people (125) in the boat.
At present, District Collector Pranab Kumar has reached the spot and confirms only 1 death. There were laborers, farmers, children and women in the boat, who were going across the Ganges to work in their fields.
