Baba Siddique shot dead: Accused claims to be a minor, pleads in front of judge

On Dussehra on the night of October 12 three attackers shot and killed NCP leader Baba Siddiqui. Two of the threeattackers were caught by the crowd on the spot and handed over tothe police. One is absconding. According to Mumbai Police the two shooters who shot Baba Siddiqui Dharmaraj Kashyap and Shivkumar Gautam alias Shiva are from Bahraich in UP. The third shooter Gurmel Singh is a resident of Kaithal in Haryana. Police have arrested Dharmaraj and Gurmel while Shiva is absconding. According to thepolice Dharmaraj and Shiva are residents of the same village Gandara and both their houses are also nearby. Their age is said tobe around 18-19 years. Both used to work at a scrap dealer in Pune. Police is currently searching for the third accused Shiva and 4 teamshave also been formed for this.
