'Aspirational India' is disturbed and govt is not listening : Sibal targets Sitharaman

Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal targeted Finance Minister  Nirmala Sitharaman over the 'Aspirational India' theme listed out by her. Sibal said: "Finance Minister broadly talked about three themes, one of them is 'Aspirational India,' but, the aspirational India is protesting, the aspirational India is disturbed, it is concerned about their future. They (govt) are not listening to the aspirational India. So how are they concerned about them? "

Sitharaman elaborated that under the Aspirational India theme, the budget will cover rural, water and sanitation, and education.
