Haryana Agriculture Minister apologies for his controversial statement

Haryana Agriculture Minister JP Dalal has now apologized for his statement on those who lost their lives in the farmers' movement. The minister has said that 'if anyone has suffered, I apologize'. JP Dalal had said in his earlier statement that 200 farmers who died in the Kisan agitation, would have died even if they were at home.
