The Congress has demanded the arrest of Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in connection with the raids at 31 places including Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in the alleged Excise Scam in Delhi. Also said that the Kejriwal government should remove Sisodia from the post of minister. The Congress also accused the BJP that initially the BJP leaders remained silent on the liquor policy. Along with this, a company that got the contract of liquor in the national capital, which is a blacklisted company in Madhya Pradesh, BJP has donated Rs 2 crore.

What did Congress say?
Anil Chaudhary said, "Delhi's Majithia is Manish Sisodia. Why is Deputy CM Sisodia not being arrested? Why is Sisodia in the cabinet? The Congress raised its voice against the liquor policy of the Kejriwal government and fought with the women. We also complained about the distribution of licenses of liquor shops in non-conforming areas by the BJP-ruled municipal corporation. Against the corruption in the excise policy, we gave a complaint to the police commissioner and also wrote a letter to Anna Hazare. While the liquor policy was being made in Corona and the Congress was fighting on the road, but all the BJP MLAs and MPs were silent. Aam Aadmi Party and BJP are mixed in this corruption.
