Congress-NCP yet to decide on its tie with Shiv Sena

Shiv Sena has not cleared its stand on government formation. One one hand it has soften its stance on BJP after the President rule. On the other hand it is still trying to mend its relations with NCP so that its govt can be formed in the state. Still it is yet to be decided by both Congress and NCP whether or not they will form a alliance with Shiv Sena.
