Lakshmeshwar Rai blames nature for Patna's condition

Lakshmeshwar Rai was speaking on the condition of Bihar post downpour. He said that the government was aware and was looking after affected districts as well. NDRF team, relief material was being transported to these areas. Several parts of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh were reeling from floods following incessant showers over the past few days. The flood situation in Bihar has worsen after heavy rains over the weekend lashed the northern state of India and hit most of the population living in the region.
