Justice Dipak Misra takes oath as the Chief Justice of India
Supreme Court judge Justice Dipak Mishra assumed charge as the 45th Chief Justice of India (CJI) on Monday. Justice Mishra succeeds CJI JS Khehar who retires today. He has had a long run as a Supreme Court judge and is the senior-most after Justice Khehar.
