EC cracks whip, sends notice to Rahul over 'anti-tribal law'

Election Commission has sent a notice to Rahul Gandhi seeking explanation for his comments on tribals of India in one of his speeches. Rahul Gandhi was addressing a rally in Madhya Pradesh's Shahdol when he said that there was law, made by Narendra Modi government, as per which tribals would be shot dead. "Adiwasiyo par akraman hoga. Apki zameen cheente hain, jagah lete hain... aur phir kehte hain ki adiwasiyo ko goli mar di jaa sakti hai"
