Will COVID vaccine will be free for all?

The vaccine against Corona has arrived in the country. At present, this vaccine is being given free to those working at the frontline, but what will it be given free to the whole country? Will the vaccine be free or will it be subsidized?

The Chief Economic Advisor of the country has indicated that there has been a discussion about giving the vaccine free, but what will be the decision on this will be seen in the budget 2021 itself.
