2 terrorists killed in encounter in J&K's Shopian
Two militants were gunned down by joint security forces in a fierce encounter on Sunday morning in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district and warlike stores were recovered.
The operation concluded with the killing of the two terrorists identified as Nawaz Wagay of Shopian and Yawar Wani of Pulwama. Both were affiliated with terror outfit Al-Badr. Jammu and Kashmir police informed that a cordon and search operation was launched by police and security forces at the strike of dawn in Rebban area of Zainapora in District Shopian based on a credible input about the presence of terrorists.
