Bihar: Nitish Kumar's personal attack on Lalu Yadav over his 'family planning'

Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar attacked RJD's Lalu Yadav over his 'family planning' in an election rally. He launched personal attacks on Lalu's family ahead of the elections. 
Earlier, BJP president JP Nadaa alleged that those who are talking about 'development' now have been consistently indulging in caste politics.
The first phase of Bihar poll is on October 28.
