Call it a sheer coincidence or fortune, ever since the results of Rajasthan Administrative Services Examination have released, state Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasara's name has been in the limelight. The minister's relatives has also passed the exam and both have secured 80 percent marks. Responding to such discussions, Govind Singh Dotasara has already said that he has not helped any of his relative and it's their hard work and dedication which paid off.
