Woman Creates English Version Of Chaleya, Receives Praise From Shah Rukh Khan

What is even more impressive is that Vipasha has written the lyrics of the song by herself.

Released on September 7, Shah Rukh Khan starrer film 'Jawan' has emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of 2023 till date with over Rs 1,000 crore in reported earnings. And with the craze associated with the film still very strong, these numbers are going to rise further. SRK fans are still emulating his looks from the film, dialogues, and even dance sequences and sharing them on social media. 

Now a social media influencer by the name Vipasha Malhotra has come out with the English cover of the song 'Chaleya'. What is even more impressive is that she has written the lyrics of the song by herself. Her soulful rendition of the track has captivated the internet users and earned praise for her creativity.

What makes Vipasha's efforts even more worthwhile is the praise she received from none other than Shah Rukh Khan. The superstar not only listened to the English cover but also had a word of appreciation for her talent.

Taking to X, formerly twitter, SRK wrote, "Awesome cover of #Chaleya. Like it very much. Thank you for this."

The video has so far amassed over 1 million views and tons of comments.

"This is fabulous to see that Srk himself is replying on every good stuff," commented one user on the post.

"It's the coolest and the most international version of Chaleya," wrote another user.
