WATCH: Chandigarh Cop Spreads 'No Parking' Message By Singing Daler Mehndi Inspired Song
In a video gone viral, a policeman from Chandigarh Police is seen using one of the songs by the popular Punjabi singer Daler Mehndi to warn commuters from parking their cars on the roadside.
Parking your car at undesignated parking spots does not only cause traffic jams but may result in the vehicle being towed away by the police. During the festival season, when there is huge rush in the markets, such behaviour proves to be a big challenge for police personnel, who try to raise awareness from time to time.
In a video gone viral, a policeman from Chandigarh Police is seen using one of the songs by the popular Punjabi singer Daler Mehndi to warn commuters from parking their cars on the roadside.
The 33-second-long clip was posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter by @igagankhurana on October 23. Since being posted, the video has garnered over 1.70 lakh views. The cop wearing a turban is seen is seen improvising Daler Mehndi’s hit ‘Bolo Ta Ra Ra’ lyrics o say, “No parking, no parking”.

After watching the video, people were in splits and lauded the policeman for making traffic rules fun for people.

A video of the cop had also gone viral for his peppy songs with important advisory messages in 2019. The clip was shared by Singer Daler Mehndi on his Instagram profile.
