A video of a woman stopping a robbery bid at her home in Punjab's Amritsar has surfaced on social media. The woman was drying clothes on the roof when she spotted three men, wearing masks, lurking suspiciously around the house. She kept tracking their movement and ran downstairs as one of the men jumped inside the premises of her house.

In the video, the woman can be seen holding the main door shut even as the robbers keep pushing it from outside. After a minute, she pulled a heavy sofa and kept it against the door. Soon, two children came to the room and the woman was seen dialling a number on her phone.

The video was shared by an X user with a caption that read, "Robbers tried to loot a house, But the robbers could not do anything in front of the brave woman present in the house. The brave woman single-handedly overpowered three robbers. Amritsar."
