A video of a man eating a snake straight out of a river in Uttar Pradesh's Fatehpur went viral on social media.

In a bizarre incident in Uttar Pradesh, a man was seen catching a snake from a river and eating it live in Fatehpur. According to media reports, the man has been identified as dacoit Ganga Prasad, who was recently released from jail after he served his sentence.

The visuals of the entire incident surfaced on social media, where the man can be seen sitting by the river, trying to catch a snake. After finding one, he holds it tightly from its neck, and moves towards the person recording him.

He can be seen choking the reptile as he waits until the snake stops moving. The man then bites off a piece of it.
