'Spiderman Couple' Caught In Delhi Police's Web After 'Titanic Pose' On Bike Goes Viral: WATCH

A couple from Delhi's Najafgarh, dressed as Spiderman and Spiderwoman were arrested after the video of them performing stunts on a bike went viral.

A Delhi couple, dressed as the Marvel character Spiderman found themselves in legal trouble after a video of the two of them performing stunts on a bike went viral. Spiderman took the Spiderwoman on a ride after which the couple was seen performing the 'Titanic pose' on the roads on the moving bike. The couple was arrested on Friday by the Delhi police.

In the viral video which was posted on Instagram, the boy can be seen riding a bike wearing the superhero costume without any helmet. Thereafter, a woman, dressed as Spiderwoman, exits the metro station and can be seen riding pillion.

The Spiderman couple can be then seen holding hands in the titanic pose as the bike continues to move.

The duo are 20-year-old Aditya and 19-year-old Anjali hail from southwest Delhi's Najafgarh and were performing stunts in the locality where they live.

The Delhi Police booked them under Motor Vehicles Act as they were riding a bike without a helmet, a number plate, a mirror or a license, and were doing stunts in Spiderman's costume, ANI reported.

The video of the couple shared by a user on Instagram is titled "Spiderman in Najafgarh", garnered over 9.6 lakh views and over 77,000 likes.

Aditya describes himself as "your friendly neighbourhood Indian spidey" on his Instagram handle and has around 9,000 followers. His videos have around a million views on Instagram.

In another video shared by him, he can be seen selling onions from a cart, followed by a solo bike stunt.

Anjali, his friend, also has an Instagram account called spideygwen_official and describes herself as "your one and only Spider Gwen". She has a little over 700 followers on the social media platform.
