 The minister had shared a picture in which he was be seen performing yoga. His post was a shoutout to the upcoming International Yoga Day which is celebrated on June 21. In the post, the minister was seen striking a yoga pose with fellow enthusiasts.

"When you think to hit the dance floor & yoga hits you hard. Stretches be like Disco Deewane. Let’s give a Shoutout, 65 Days left for International Day of Yoga!", read the caption of the picture shared by Along.

Amitabh Bachchan Inspired Post

On April 17, the  tourism and higher education minister shared a picture of himself surrounded by girls in traditional attire. He also wrote a caption inspired from Amitabh Bachchan's super hit film Deewar, which reads, "My Heart says "Aaj Khush to Bohat Hoge Tum" Temjen. The Girls asked me to upload this pic, nothing to worry. I know India is in Top Position."

The post immediately grabbed the attention of his followers and the pic went viral receiving 975.3k views.

Along's Message On Earth Day

As the wolrd celebrated Earth Day on April 22, the Nagaland Minister took to Twitter to write a letter to everyone to highlight the significance of the day.

"Leave everything just think. Baarish ke pehli boond vaali mitti ki khushbu. Pasand hai na? To iss Earth Day par apne bhavishya ke liye zimmedari uthao or prakriti ko bachao (Take responsibility to save your future this Earth Day)," the letter by Along read.

"Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground," the letter further read.

The post was an instant hit and garnered 35.6k views.
