On April 17, the tourism and higher education minister shared a picture of himself surrounded by girls in traditional attire. Along's Message On Earth Day
As the wolrd celebrated Earth Day on April 22, the Nagaland Minister took to Twitter to write a letter to everyone to highlight the significance of the day.
"Leave everything just think. Baarish ke pehli boond vaali mitti ki khushbu. Pasand hai na? To iss Earth Day par apne bhavishya ke liye zimmedari uthao or prakriti ko bachao (Take responsibility to save your future this Earth Day)," the letter by Along read.
"Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground," the letter further read.
