'Chori Karke Accha Laga Lekin...': Thief's Hilarious Confession Leaves Cops, Internet In Splits -- Watch

The thief also told the police where he spent the stolen money to which the cops laughed.

The video of a thief's hilariously honest confession in front of police is going viral on social media for all the right reasons. In the viral video, the thief can be seen answering questions from the cops wherein he accepts that initially, he felt good about stealing but now he regrets it.

The SP asked him how did he feel after stealing to which he responded, "It felt good while stealing but I regretted it later (Chori kar ke accha laga lekin, baad me pachhtawa hua)." When asked why is he repenting the act, he said, "It was the wrong thing I did, sir (galat kam kar diya hu sir)."

The official further questioned the man about the money he stole to which the thief said that he got Rs 10000.

The important part came when the man informed the police where he spent the stolen money. He said that he bought blankets and food for dogs, cows, and people who live on the streets.

"I spent the money on poor people. I gave blankets and food to people who live on the streets, dogs, and cows. (Gareebo me bant diya sir, jo gaay, kutta, gareeb logo ko thand lagta hai unko kambal bant diye..sab usi me laga diye)" 

The SP then asked him, "You must have gotten blessings from Allah then?" The thief replied, "Yes sir, it is all his blessings."

The incident is reportedly said to be of Chhattisgarh's Durg district. The 34-second-long video has been widely shared on various social media platforms. The video posted on Twitter by the handle @Gulzar_sahab has so far garnered 38.1K likes and over 5800 retweets.
