IndiGo flight to Ahmedabad, packed with Coldplay fans, recreated the magic of "A Sky Full of Stars" mid-air with phone flashlights, turning the cabin into a concert vibe before the band’s last show.

Coldplay’s spectacular Music of the Spheres tour culminated in India with an unforgettable concert in Ahmedabad on January 26. While fans are still raving about the electrifying performance, a heartwarming and humorous moment from before the show has gone viral. A video circulating online shows an Indigo flight from Pune to Ahmedabad brimming with concertgoers. In a playful prelude to the event, the pilot decided to engage the passengers. “How many here of you are going to the Coldplay concert?” the captain asked over the intercom. When nearly everyone raised their hands, he lightened the mood further by inquiring, “How many of you have 2 extra tickets?”

The cabin erupted in laughter, and the scene took a comedic twist when one passenger actually raised their hand. The pilot’s response was a mix of surprise and enthusiasm: “You do? You actually do? Hello sir, nice to meet you, we’re gonna be very good friends today."

As the flight continued, passengers turned on their phone flashlights, recreating Coldplay’s iconic A Sky Full of Stars moment, turning the cabin into a dazzling pre-concert celebration. Sharing the joyful moment on Instagram, the Indigo Captain wrote, “What an incredible group of passengers from Pune to Ahmedabad. So much energy at 7 AM, wow.”
The video has since garnered over 66 lakh views, delighting fans across social media and further building excitement around Coldplay’s visit to India.
