How To Message Yourself On WhatsApp For Android Users

  • Open the WhatsApp app on your device.
  • Tap on the 'New Chat' option situated at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  • You will be able to see your contact at the top of the list.
  • Click on that and send a message, or attach documents, images and videos as desired.
  • Click on the send option to send that message to yourself.

How To Message Yourself On WhatsApp For iOS Users

  • Open the WhatsApp app on your iPhone.
  • Tap on the 'New Chat' option situated at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  • You will be able to see your contact at the top of the list.
  • Compose a message or attach the desired media files.
  • Click on the send option to message yourself.

WhatsApp recently introduced a new feature allowing users to pin multiple messages within both individual and group chats. Unlike the previous version which only allowed users to pin a single message per chat, the latest update permits users to pin up to three messages within a chat.
