Super Bowl 2024 Ad: Beyoncé Tries To Break The Internet In Verizon Commercial. Watch Video
Beyoncé is going to break the Internet again on March 29 when she drops her new album which is reportedly titled Renaissance: Part II.
The 32-time Grammy award winner singer Beyoncé recently took part in a commercial for Super Bowl LVIII in which she tested Verizon’s wireless network's capacity by trying to break it. Beyoncé tried all stunts possible to amass such a huge online presence at that particular time which would break the network but alas, failed in all as Verizon refused to let go of its ground. During the commercial, the singer also teased her new and much-awaited song.
The commercial kicks off with the singer performing a song which was posted on the Internet. When she checked the fans' response on it, the comments and likes were 'coming in hot'. The man who was standing beside her hailed Verizon for its 'crazy powerful 5G' and told Beyoncé that he bet she couldn't break that. Beyoncé took the challenge quite personally and embarked on a journey to break both the Internet as well as Verizon's wireless network.
She started things off by opening a lemonade stall which broke the Internet. The 'Queen Bey' channelised her Diva and played a Saxophone seductively which broke the person standing beside her but failed to achieve her goal.
Beyoncé then tried a number of things such as streaming while gaming, releasing her AI version, channelling Barbie into 'BarBey', announcing her candidacy as 'Beyoncé of the United States', and going into space to perform.
Every single attempt of hers turned out to be futile as Verizon stood tall like a wall without shaking even an inch. At the end, she teased, “Okay, they ready. Drop the new music.”
Beyoncé's New Music Album
Apart from this commercial, she has also teased the audience about her new country music, including the first single, “Texas! Hold ’em.” The second song is titled “16 Carriages,” and both have become available on streaming platforms. The complete album, reportedly titled Renaissance: Part II, is set to drop on March 29.
