New Delhi: Oppo is slated to refresh its premium Find X series with the Oppo Find X5 Pro and a smaller Find X5 sometime in March, the media has reported. Even as the likely launch is weeks away, we have managed to gather some specs, courtesy of leaked rumours. The pricier Find X5 Pro's specs were leaked by Abhishek Yadav who quoted Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station's post that was later removed. Yadav had posted a screenshot of the leak of the purported Oppo Find X5 Pro.
According to the leaked screenshot, the model number of the premium Find X5 Pro is PFEM10. The Find X5 Pro could arrive with a 6.7-inch AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display with a Quad HD+ resolution of 1440 x 3216 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Based on previous reports, we can say that the Find X5 Pro could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.
In terms of camera specs, the Find X5 Pro could sport a triple rear camera setup with two 50MP Sony IMX766 sensors and for selfies, there could be a punch-hole camera with a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor. While the primary camera is said to pack in optical image stabilisation (OIS), the third sensor could be a 13MP Samsung ISOCELL S5K3M5 sensor.
Apart from the top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, Oppo's proprietary MariSilicon X chip will power the Find X5 Pro along with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. In terms of OS, the Oppo Find X5 Pro could arrive with the latest Android 12 with ColorOS 12 on top.
According to previously spotted CAD renders by OnLeaks, as reported by GizmoChina, the Oppo Find X5 and Find X5 Pro could feature a punch-hole design on the front and an unusual-shaped rear camera module. Rumors have it that the vanilla Find X5 may come with similar specs as the Pro model. However, it may feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor instead of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
