The official teaser image of the OnePlus Open suggests that OnePlus is retaining its "iconic" alert slider on its foldable phone.

“The OnePlus Open is the dream smartphone, set to break the compromise between display technology, imaging performance, and weight that has become the status quo for existing foldable devices,” said Kinder Liu, President and COO of OnePlus.

“Inheriting OnePlus’s signature fast and smooth experience, plus its elegant, lightweight, and slim design, alongside an imperceptible screen crease, unprecedented imaging performance, efficient software, and premium quality, the OnePlus Open will redefine the concept of foldable smartphones by delivering all-round flagship-level experiences that push the limits of current foldable smartphones and take the standard of foldables to the next level.”

OnePlus Open Price In India (Expected)

Previous leaks and rumours have hinted at a price point for the OnePlus Open in India, expected to be below Rs 1,20,000. Render leaks previously revealed a circular rear camera module at the centre of the upper back panel, rounded corners, and a textured lychee-like leather finish, which we have seen on the Tecno Phantom V Flip.

OnePlus Open Specifications (Expected)

As per the rumour mill, the OnePlus Open is expected to sport a 7.82-inch (2,440x2,268 pixels) OLED inner screen and a 6.31-inch (1,116 x 2,484 pixels) OLED outer display, both featuring a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device will likely be an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, coupled with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.

For imaging capabilities, the OnePlus Open is expected to boast a triple rear camera setup, dominated by a 48MP primary sensor, a 48MP secondary sensor and a 64MP sensor with a telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom.
