As mentioned above, Nothing did not reveal further details of the upcoming product.
Nothing's last product to be unveiled was the Nothing Phone 1. Earlier in August, Carl Pei's consumer tech brand increased the price of the Nothing Phone 1 by Rs 1,000 which made the Nothing Phone 1 cost Rs 33,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model which was earlier priced at Rs 32,999. According to the London-headquartered handset maker, it increased the price of the Nothing Phone 1 in the wake of the rising component costs and fluctuating exchange rates.
After the upward price revision, the 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant of the Nothing Phone 1 now costs Rs 36,999 while the 12GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage model now costs Rs 39,999.
"Plenty has changed since we started building Phone (1), including economic factors such as fluctuating currency exchange rates and rising component costs. In response to the current climate, we’ve had to make a change to our prices. Starting today, Phone (1) will be available for 8GB/128GB (INR 33,999), 8GB/256GB (INR 36,999), and the 12GB/256GB (INR 39,999),” a statement from the handset maker read.
