As the name suggests, the Amazon Great Freedom Festival will be set around Independence Day, August 15. If we go by previous years' schedules, the sale is expected to go live in the first week of August and will last till the end of the August 15 week. The exact start date of the sale has not been officially disclosed yet.
Just like all Amazon sales, Prime members will enjoy early access to the deals (usually 24 hours), gaining a head start before the offers are available to the general public.

Amazon's annual sale event promises substantial discounts across a wide range of products including electronics, smartphones, home appliances, and entertainment systems, as well as Amazon’s own Alexa and Fire TV devices.
Amazon has already set up a microsite dedicated to the Great Freedom Festival 2024, revealing various discounts and offers.
Shoppers can look forward to significant price cuts, with smartphones discounted by up to 40 per cent, starting at Rs 6,799. Laptops will see reductions of up to Rs 45,000, and tablets will be offered with discounts reaching 6 per cent.
For those in the market for audio and wearable technology, the sale offers up to 75 per cent off on headphones and up to 80 per cent off on smartwatches. Amazon's own Fire TV and Alexa devices will be discounted by up to 40 per cent, while smart TVs and audio systems will be available at up to 65 per cent and 60 per cent off, respectively.
The Great Freedom Festival 2024 is set to deliver a plethora of savings, ensuring that customers have the opportunity to purchase their desired products at highly competitive prices.
Among the highlighted deals, customers using SBI credit cards or opting for EMI transactions will benefit from a 10 per cent instant discount.
