Former TN Minister Jayakumar Walks Out Of Jail On Bail, Accuses CM Stalin Of Putting Up False Cases

He also alleged that TN CM Stalin was running a fascist government.

Chennai: Former Tamil Nadu Minister Jayakumar walked out of Puzhal prison in Chennai on Saturday after getting bail in cases against him.

The release of the former Minister comes as Madras High Court on Friday granted bail in the last land grabbing case on Friday. Jayakumar has remained in prison for over 20 days.

After the release from Puzhal prison, Jayakumar said, “Stalin wants to destroy AIADMK. So he is continually charging leaders with false cases. He is running a Narcissist, Fascist government like Hitler.”

Further, the Former Minister on the incident on the poll day said, “As police did not stop the attempt while DMK members tried to capture a booth, our party members went and brought the DMK functionary to me. I told the party members that he should be produced before the police.”

“Yet, the police did not directly take him to the station and that led to a commotion,” he said, as per a report on ABP Nadu.

The former Minister also claimed that the DMK functionary was also a history-sheeter.
