BJP candidates Binay Kumar Biswas and Manoj Kumar Biswas from Badgah and Ranaghat Dakshin respectively had claimed that they were not allowed to visit some booths.
BJP's candidate from Maniktala Kalyan Chaubey also faced protests. He was allegedly greeted with go back slogans by TMC activists when he tried to enter a booth in the constituency. TMC, however, denied these allegations and called them "baseless".
