Kerala Onam Thiruvonam Bumper BR-99 Lottery Sales Exceed Rs 400 Crore—Check Guessing Numbers, Date And Time
Kerala Lottery: In the presence of V K Prasanth, MLA, and Abraham Renn, Director of the Lotteries Department, Finance Minister K N Balagopal will announce the winners at 1:30 p.m. on October 9.
Kerala Lottery Result: The Kerala State Lottery Department is scheduled to release the Onam Thiruvonam Bumper BR-99 lottery results tomorrow on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM. This year, the Kerala government has raised the first prize to an incredible Rs 25 crore; the second prize is Rs 1 crore, with 20 prizes available; the third prize is Rs 50 lakh, with 20 prizes available; and there is a sizeable consolation prize of Rs 5 lakh. Tickets for the lottery are available in 10 series: TA, TB, TC, TD, TE, TG, TH, TJ, TK, and TL, each costing Rs 500.
Kerala has sold Thiruvonam Bumper tickets for Rs 400 crore, with just one day remaining before the draw at Gorkhi Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram. 69,70,438 of the 80 lakh tickets in circulation had been sold by 4 p.m. on Monday, the Directorate of State Lotteries said in a press release. Thrissur (8,44,390) and Thiruvananthapuram (9,21,350) districts are part of Palakkad district, which sold 12,78,720 tickets.
PRIZE MONEY POST-TAX
The Kerala Lottery Thiruvonam Bumper 2024 prize money, exclusive of taxes, is expected to be Rs 12,88,26,000. Below is the price reduction:
- TDS: 30 Percent
- Agent Commission: 10 Percent
- Cess for Health and Education: Rs 36,99,000.
- Additional cost: Rs 2,49,75,000
- Remaining Balance: Rs 12,88,26,000
HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE MONEY
- Gamers can check the status of their tickets by comparing their numbers to the winning combinations published in the Kerala Government Gazette.
- After the results are announced, winners have 30 days to pick up their prizes at the Kerala Lottery Headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram.
- Winners must provide their winning ticket and a legitimate form of identification in order for the verification process to be completed.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO CLAIM PRIZE MONEY
- The winning ticket must be photocopied and self-attested on both sides.
- Two passport-sized photographs signed by a Gazette official.
- An extra PAN card bearing the participant’s signature.
- Fill out the online award money receipt form and submit it along with a revenue stamp.
- Identity documents such as ration cards, voter IDs, Aadhaar, PAN, etc. must be provided.
