Wimbledon 2024: Novak Djokovic Set To Face Carlos Alcaraz In Wimbledon Final
Wimbledon 2024: Novak Djokovic stands one win away from a record 25th Grand Slam title, as he wins his semi final fixture against Lorenzo Musetti. Here are the details.
Wimbledon 2024: Novak Djokovic has a date with destiny, as the Serbian legend has qualified for his 10th Wimbledon final after beating Lorenzo Musetti 6-4, 7-6, 6-4. The world number 2 made light work of the Italian world number 25, as he now is second on the list for most appearances in a Wimbledon final (behind Roger Federer, who has appeared in 12 finals).
Novak Djokovic broke several records during his semi final win against Lorenzo Musetti, as he now becomes the only player to ever make into the final of the Wimbledon 3 times after turning 35 and is now level with Ken Rosewall for reaching a sixth Grand Slam final since turning 35. We can truly say that the 'Djoker' is indeed.... aging like a fine wine.

Here's What Novak Djokovic Said During Post-Match On-Court Interview
“I’m obviously very, very pleased and satisfied to get to another final but I don’t want to stop there."
Djokovic had nothing but praise for his opponent in the final Cralos Alcaraz, as both of them meet again at the same stage at Wimbledon, just like they did in 2023, and it was Carlos Alacaraz that stopped the Serbian’s juggernaut of Grand Slam wins in 2023 by winning the WImbledon 2023 and stopping Novak Djokovic from winning all the Grand Slams last year (Novak ended up winning the Australian Open, US Open, and French Open).
“Well, I, I hope so, he doesn’t hope so. Uhm, I mean he is a great example of someone, who, as a young player, has, you know, a well-balanced life, on and off the court, great team of people, great values in his family.”
“He has a lot of charisma, carries himself well on and off the court with a smile. He’s as complete of a player as they come.”
