Novak Djokovic, the star Serbian tennis player has won his first match in the US Open against a Danish player, Holger Rune. Djokovic is playing this competition to win the Calendar Grand Slam of 2021. He has already won all three grand slams this year.
There was a minor hiccup in the first round that Novak Djokovic played against Rune. The Danish teenager took the second set and shocked everyone at the arena. Djokovic won the match 6-1, 6-7(5), 6-2, 6-1. The crowd cheered the second set win by the Danish, but the joy was short-lived as Novak demolished the youngster in the next two sets.
