UFC 302: The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) 302 pay-per-view is scheduled to take place at the iconic Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on Sunday, May 2, and the pay-per-view has listed 12 official fixtures across the Early Prelims, Prelims, and the Main Card. There will be only one belt on the line, which will be contested in the Men's Lightweight division, as Islam Makhachev will be defending his UFC Lightweight Championship against 'The Diamond' Dustin Poirier.

As per the reports, it is confirmed that 'The Diamond' Dustin Poirier has set Rihanna's Diamond as his walkout song. However, the original song will not be used and rather, the all-viral Willie Spence's cover of the song will be used instead.

Elsewhere, former UFC Middleweight champion Sean Strickland will be looking for his own redemption arc, as he's set to fight for the first time since his title loss, and his match is agains the highly-dangerous Paulo Costa, who too, is coming off a loss against Robert Whittaker, as the Kiwi Mixed Martial Artist (MMA) humbled him in a unanimous decision.
