Former Pakistani Cricketers Afridi, Akhtar Wish Amitabh, Abhishek Bachchan Speedy Recovery From COVID-19

The father son duo had posted on their respective official Twitter profiles that they contracted the coronavirus and are currently admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai.

There were wishes and blessings which poured in from the border as former Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi, as well as the Pakistani tearaway speedster Shoaib Akhtar, sent their heartfelt wishes for Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek after they Bachchan duo tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday. Earlier, the father son duo had posted on their respective official Twitter profiles that they contracted the coronavirus and are currently admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. Just as the Bachchan fans and at nation at large were coming to terms with the father-son duo testing Covid-19 positive, there was more shocking news which came by way of Abhishek Bachchan's wife and renowned Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan also contracted COVID-19. Both are undergoing self-isolation at home. Jaya Bachchan tested negative. Afridi took to Twitter to wish the father-son duo. "Best wishes for @SrBachchan and @juniorbachchan . Hope you recover well and soon," wrote the former all-rounder.
