India vs Australia: Team India's senior spinner Ravindra Jadeja, who has been missing action for the last five months, made an astounding comeback by taking a seven-wicket haul for Saurashtra against Tamil Nadu in a Ranji Trophy game in Chennai. Jadeja bagged seven wickets for 53 runs in 17.1 overs in the second innings. His bowling heroics bundled up Tamil Nadu for just 133 runs in the second innings on Day 3, after which Saurashtra got a target of 266 runs for the win. By the end of the third day's play, Saurashtra scored four runs after losing one wicket.

Ravindra Jadeja has been named in India squad for first two Tests but his availability is "subject to fitness". The spin all-rounder is playing Ranji Trophy to prove his fitness.
