Ross Taylor mistaken for Game of Thrones actor Grey Worm

London: Former New Zealand cricket captain Ross Taylor on Tuesday revealed that he was mistaken for American drama series, Game of Thrones character Grey Worm when he went for a TV show in London. Taylor, who was on his debut stint as an Indian Premier League (IPL) pundit on Sky Sports UK, was mistakenly picked up as Worm for a soccer show ahead of the semi-final of the FA Cup. "So I was two minutes away from going on Soccer AM, the UK's massive Saturday morning soccer show ahead of the FA Cup semi-final as Grey Worm from Game of Thrones - who's a huge Manchester United fan apparently," Taylor was quoted as saying by New Zealand Cricket's website. So that was pretty funny I thought!" he added on a lighter note. The 32-year-old is currently playing for Sussex in England's domestic cricket. He will join the Kiwi squad next month when the Black Caps tour Africa for two Tests each against Zimbabwe and South Africa.
