During a virtual event, historian Rajiv Sethi had asked Neeraj questions about his sex life. However Neeraj said sorry and refused to answer the question.

Since returning from Tokyo Olympics' 'Golden Boy' Neeraj Chopra, has been attending several welcome ceremonies and virtual events. During this period, many times Neeraj has to face uncomfortable situations. One such incident took place during a virtual event when Padma Bhushan Awardee, historian Rajiv Sethi asked Neeraj questions about his sex life. However, Neeraj said sorry and refused to answer the question.

A few days ago a video of Neeraj's interview went viral. In this event, Neeraj was seen on a zoom call and some girls including RJ Malishka were seen dancing to the Bollywood song "Ude Jab Jab Zulfen Teri..."in the office of Red FM, Mumbai.

Neeraj refuses to answer Sethi's question

Actually, Neeraj Chopra was participating in a virtual program by 'The Indian Express'. He was accompanied by wrestler Bajrang Punia in this event, during this time historian Rajiv Sethi asked Neeraj, "The way you train in athletics, how do you balance it with your sex life? I know this is an absurd question, but there is also a serious question behind it." Before asking the question, Sethi also said that many people want to ask you this question but they are not able to do so due to hesitation.

Neeraj looked uncomfortable with the question. He replied, "Sir, I am sorry, I have said sorry to you and you can gauge my answer from it."

Neeraj finally had to say, "My heart is overwhelmed by your question."

Even then Sethi continued to ask questions. He asked Neeraj, "Sex is natural for all youngsters who play sports. Tell us how do you balance your athletics training and sex life. There are many messages behind this question."

Neeraj said, "Your questions have overwhelmed me." Neeraj then asked the host of the event to answer the question. To which the host told Sethi that Neeraj does not want to answer your question. Sethi then apologized for asking such questions.

Sethi criticised by people on social media

Sethi has been criticised by people on social media for asking Neeraj a weird question at the event. One user wrote, "Such incidents reveal the mindset of these people who allegedly call themselves as elite and intellectual. It is extremely embarrassing. I am very proud by the way Neeraj is responding to these people."

Another user wrote, I am saddened by the way Neeraj Chopra is being treated by the elite society. Sometimes he is being questioned about his sex life and sometimes girls are dancing in front of him. This shows how regressive their thinking is."

Another user wrote, "If you find Malishka bad, Rajiv Sethi has gone a step ahead of her."
